How It Works
From First Call to Final Reveal
We've designed our process to be as effortless as possible for you — clear communication, no surprises, and results that speak for themselves.
Tell Us About Your Property
Reach out by email or through our contact form with a few details about your home — the address, square footage, and your target list date. We'll follow up within one business day to schedule a complimentary phone consultation.
During the call we'll discuss your goals, timeline, and budget so we can recommend the right service for your situation.
We Come to You
For vacant and occupied staging projects, we schedule an in-person walkthrough of your property. We assess each room, take measurements, and photograph the space so we can build a tailored staging plan.
Within 48 hours of the walkthrough you'll receive a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment — no vague estimates.
We Handle Everything
On installation day our team arrives with all furniture, art, and accessories — fully curated for your property. We work efficiently so your home is photo-ready the same day.
For occupied stagings we work around your schedule, editing and styling your existing pieces with select additions from our inventory.
Your Home Goes to Market
Once staging is complete your photographer can shoot the same day. Staged furnishings remain in place throughout your listing period so every showing makes the right impression.
We're available throughout your listing period for any adjustments or touch-ups that may be needed.
Sold — We Take It From Here
After your home sells we coordinate a convenient de-stage pickup. Our team removes all inventory quickly and professionally so you can hand over the keys without any extra logistics on your end.
Most de-stages are completed within 24–48 hours of your closing date.
"Every detail considered. Every room intentional."
Common Questions
What to Expect
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out 2–3 weeks before your target list date for vacant staging, and 1–2 weeks for occupied staging or a consultation. During busy seasons we book up quickly, so earlier is always better.
How long does staging take?
Most vacant stagings are completed in a single day. Occupied stagings typically take 3–5 hours depending on the size of the home. Design consultations are usually 60–90 minutes.
Do I need to be home during staging?
For vacant stagings, you don't need to be present — we just need access to the property. For occupied stagings, we prefer you're available for the first 30 minutes so we can walk through the plan together.
What areas do you serve?
We stage homes throughout Northeast Florida including Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, Fleming Island, Amelia Island, Orange Park, Nocatee, and Atlantic Beach.
What happens if my home doesn't sell right away?
Our staging agreements include a standard rental period. If your home is still on the market after that period, we offer flexible month-to-month extensions at a reduced rate.
